Neither you nor we shall be entitled to join or consolidate the claims of any other consumer in any arbitration or to arbitrate as a representative or member of any group or in the capacity of private counsel. The parties voluntarily and knowingly waive their right to a jury trial.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Bulgarian law, without regard to conflict of law provisions, except for the arbitration clause, which shall be governed by Bulgarian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria. The place of jurisdiction is in Burgas, Bulgaria.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
