HOW DO I GET THE 4EUROPE TRUST-SEAL?
The following documents or information must be submitted to us for verification:
- Name of the website on which the 4EUROPE label is to be installed
- Copy of the identity card
- The last 2 telephone/gas/insurance bills or other invoices
- Name of the website on which the 4EUROPE Trust-Seal is to be installed
- Extract from the commercial register
- Copy of the identity card of the authorised representatives
- The last 2 telephone/gas/insurance bills or other invoices
Further important information:
As soon as we have all the documents and information for the review, you will receive the review report from us by e-mail within a few working days. In exceptional cases, this can take up to 15 working days.
The 4EUROPE Trust Seal confirms the voluntary commitment of companies to adhere to the requirements and quality characteristics listed in the 4EUROPE Code when providing electronic services and other digital business with customers, within the context of the importance of customer protection.
The Trust-Seal is an award for websites that meet our quality criteria. Membership of the 4EUROPE Trust-Seal does not automatically entitle you to wear the seal immediately, but you must go through our certification process. During this process, our experts will look at your website and check your documents against our quality criteria.
Upon successful completion of the audit, you will receive the right to use the 4EUROPE Trust-Seal on your website.
Via your account. As soon as the verification and thus the order is completed and your subscription is “Active”, the code for embedding the seal on your website appears in your account under “Trust-Seal”. Alternatively, you can also use the cachet image file.
