Customer complaints, claims or enquiries are answered within five working days. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

4Europe is accepted as arbitrator in case of disputes with customers.

The contractual terms and conditions for the online purchase or the online provision of services, indicating the date of the last update, shall be made easily accessible on the website so that the customer can save, print and read them at any time.

The product or service offered to the customer is described in detail. No information is withheld that could lead to a misinterpretation of the product or service.

The payment methods and any additional transaction costs will be disclosed to the customer.

The warranty conditions and the product-specific warranty conditions shall be made known in a clear, easily accessible and permanently retrievable manner on the website before the order is placed.

In the case of recurring services such as subscriptions, the connection costs and the duration of the renewal shall be indicated in a clear and comprehensible manner.

The customer shall be provided with an easily accessible button on the website through which he can exercise his right of objection or termination. The notice periods shall be posted online in a clear and unambiguous manner.

The place of jurisdiction shall be specified in the terms and conditions of the contract.

The charged fee for a product or service is clearly stated as the net price plus all applicable taxes, duties and other surcharges before the order is placed. Any delivery costs incurred shall be shown separately.

Delivery of the product or service will be made as soon as possible. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, the customer will be informed before placing the order.

The customer is assured of the statutory objection periods.

The customer will be informed about the exact costs of the return shipment, about a possible non-existence of the right of withdrawal and about which part of the return costs will be refunded.

The user of the 4Europe Trust-Seal undertakes to inform consumers in a clear, easily accessible and permanently retrievable manner which personal data are stored by him for which purposes and for how long, and to whom they are transmitted if necessary. The legal requirements are complied with.

The client will be informed about how to obtain information about the data concerning him/her, as well as how to delete or modify them.

Customer data that is not required by law to be stored and is not important for the processing of the order will be deleted immediately.

Personal data will only be transferred to third parties if it is indispensable for the processing of the concluded contract.

Personal data will not be published. Nor will personal data be sold or made available free of charge to third parties, with the exception of those mentioned in point 25.

Credit card data is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form. Credit card payments are only made for the products or services ordered.

The customer may only be contacted for advertising purposes with the customer’s consent, for example by e-mail, SMS, telephone or post.

The contract, as well as all further information, is offered in the language in which the offer was informed and the order was placed. In the case of international orientation, further languages may be offered in order to improve communication with the customers.

In the event of disputes, a commitment is made to work towards a quick and unbureaucratic solution. Customer satisfaction is the top priority. 4Europe is recognised as an extrajudicial arbitration body.

The customer will be informed in an easily accessible place on the website about 4Europe’s out-of-court dispute resolution service and will be offered a corresponding contact option for complaints.

The 4Europe conciliation recommendations are followed.

34.


Both parties to the dispute have the option of taking legal action in addition to the 4Europe dispute resolution service.

35.


The user of the 4Europe Trust-Seal agrees to the publication of disputes together with conciliation recommendations including his/her full name.

36.


Advertising on the website shall be clearly and unambiguously identified as such.

37.


Violation of legal provisions or the points listed in the Codex may be punished by withdrawal of the Trust-Seal.

38.


After a successful audit of the website, the 4Europe Trust-Seal is granted for a period of one year. Thereafter, 4Europe may carry out unannounced verifications at any time.

39.


If the user of the 4Europe Trust-Seal is denied the right to use the Trust-Seal, the user agrees to immediately remove the Trust-Seal from its Web site. In case of non-compliance, 4Europe may impose a penalty of up to 2,000 EUR per day.

40.


In case of violation of the award guidelines, 4Europe has the right to withdraw the right to use the Trust-Seal.

41.


4Europe has the sole right to decide whether to authorise the use of the Trust-Seal. 4Europe may appoint a team of experts for this purpose.

42.


4Europe has the right to change the award criteria, in particular in case of changes in the law. Changes will be communicated to the user of the Trust-Seal without delay.
